Workshop Details

In this fun, informational, and interactive class, you will learn all about kombucha, and the health benefits of this fermented tea beverage.

The class will cover an overview about human gut microbes, probiotics, kombucha, and how to make it safely at home. We will also cover how to flavor your kombucha once it has finished brewing. There will be 2-4 flavors to taste, too!!

We will go through the steps to make your first fermentation that you will be able to enjoy in about a week.

Class and Kombucha Kit   $40.00 per person

What the class includes:

  • Scoby (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast)
  • Brewing Jar
  • Cloth cover and rubberband
  • Ingredients for first batch (organic tea, filtered water, and organic sugar)
  • Starter liquid
  • Brewing Instructions
  • Follow-up support via email
