Yes, it is that time of year again – runny noses, sore throats, and all the other crud that goes around. Last year, I did a series on ways to build your immunity. Building our immunity is the first line of defense on fighting sickness. We don’t have to “catch” every bug that is going around; we can strengthen our immunity in many ways.

In Part 1, I shared about “Building Your Immunity through Nutrition“. What we eat definitely affects our health.

In Part 2, I shared about “Building Your Immunity through Lifestyle Choices“.

In Part 3, I shared about an area that people may not think can affect immunity, “Building Your Immunity through Social Connections and Spirituality“.

Another area to build immunity is through the use of homeoprophylaxis, and I shared about this option. I have chosen to use this instead of getting a flu shot each year.
