It can be a good idea at the beginning of a new year to look back on the previous year; not to have regrets but to reflect on the positives. By doing this, we can better prepare ourselves for success in the future.

In looking back at my posts from 2018, I thought I would share the three top posts with you.

The new year can be a time of getting out of our comfort zones as we embark on some changes, so if you need some encouragement Getting Out of Your Comfort Zone might be a good read.

If you are looking for an easy, fast, and healthy recipe for an awesome inflammation fighting dinner, check out Turmeric: A Powerful Spice.

Minnesota has many great farms, working hard to provide healthy local food to us. In my Meet Your Farmer series, I highlighted Nelson Grass Farm. If you are looking for quality eggs, chicken, or pork, check out the post here.

These were my top three posts for 2018. If you didn’t have a chance to read them originally, check them out today.

I hope your 2019 is off to a great start, and I encourage to take a few minutes and reflect on your accomplishments for 2018. Are you especially proud of something you accomplished in 2018, let me know! It is always fun to hear about others successes.

Be Blessed,

Heather
