Some times it is good to look back and see where we have been. I was going through my stats for the blog and thought it would be fun to see what were the most popular posts for the first six months of 2019. I was actually surprised as to which one was the most popular. Read on and you can review the list. If you missed any of these, you can follow the links and get caught up.
The most popular post was Water Kefir! If you missed it, here is the link. Once you read the post, if you would like to learn more and actually make your own, check out my Events page as I am offering two workshops. If you cannot make either of those, I also can bring the workshop to you. I offer private events for 4 to 10 people. It can be a fun event for girls’ night in or just getting together with friends.
The second most popular post was Eggs: A Nutrient-Dense Food. If you missed it, here is the link. It is a great post to learn how nutrient dense eggs really are. You will also find out some of the differences between different eggs.
The third most popular post was one of the posts in the series What is in Your Food?; it was the one about guar gum. If you missed it, here is the link. It is one of six food additives that we have looked at in this series. It has been a enlightening series to write. If there are any food additives you would like to see featured, drop a comment below.
I also want to say thanks for visiting my site. I hope you are able to learn some thing from each post. What was your favorite post thus far this year?
Be blessed and be a blessing,
Heather

I am interested in the classes you mentioned earlier this summer. I would like to start learning more in hopes of helping my body (weight, pain management, mobility etc). If you could help me with a link I would greatly appreciate it. Love your info…..
Patty, None of my classes are online yet, but if you are looking for health and wellness coaching, let’s connect.
