Can you believe that it is already November? Only two months left in the year. November brings a few new produce items to the list like pomegranate and persimmon. Costco and Trader Joe’s are great for offering some of the more unique in-season produce. This week I picked up a container of persimmons which I like to slice up and eat. Here is the list of other foods with recipes for what is in season for the month of November.
