As the United States and the world begin to reopen after the COVID 19 pandemic, is your health status ready for this? I think many of us have struggled while “Stay At Home” or “Stay Safe” initiatives to maintain health promoting habits; gyms have been closed, routines have been disrupted, and life has been changed for us all. Over the years, I have shared many posts on building your health. I truly believe that the greatest asset we can have when fighting any epidemic, illness, or disease, is a strong immune system so when these battles do come (which they will), our bodies can better deal with them. This week I am highlighting posts that I have done that share how to build your health. I would encourage you to check them out. As we begin to open up our country, build your health in whatever way you can. You can click on any of these images and it will bring you to the post.
With COVID 19, it is estimated that 99% of us will experience flu-like symptoms and recover without serious issues. Investing in yourself to strengthen your health and immune system is an important investment. What steps or habits have you done to invest in your health?
Be blessed and be a blessing,
Heather
