September 29th, 2021 is National Coffee Day. Now I am not a coffee drinker and have never really liked the taste of it as a beverage. Yet, I do believe it can be used in the kitchen in many other ways to add a distinct flavor to many foods. Today I thought I would share a few ways to use coffee in various recipes in honor of National Coffee Day. Just remember that it is best to use organic coffee whether you are drinking, cooking, or baking with it. Organic coffee will be chemical free which is a healthier option.
