July is National Picnic Month which celebrates the history of this activity and the way it has been used to bring families, friends, communities, and countries together. To celebrate this we decided to take a day to go canoeing on the Mississippi River and stop somewhere along the way to have a picnic lunch. After all, the definition of picnic is an excursion at which a meal is eaten outdoors, ideally taking place in a scenic landscape such as a park, beside a lake or with an interesting view. So off we go on our adventure.
Welcome to Chronicles in HEALTH. My name is Heather and I am so excited that you stopped by my blog. I have been on a quest to improve my health and the health of my family for many years. I have always enjoyed learning about nutrition, health and food so decided it was time to take a big leap and go back to school to become a Holistic Nutrition Consultant. I am so excited about the many things that I am learning and that is one of the reasons I decided to start this blog.
